Food Prep - Tips to Set you up for the week

Food Prep is key to Success, 

Fail to prepare, prepare to fail as the old saying goes.


With a three month old baby, it is key for me to prepare my breakfast and lunch in advance or changes are I will end up eating extremely unhealthy.  So what have I prepared for the week ahead:

Breakfast
Fruit Medley - Grapefruit, Grapes, Raspberry, Melon, Strawberries and a yogurt, generally it is a Muller Light Yogurt 

Lunch 
Salad - Ham, peppers, scallions, lettuce, baby potatoes 
Vegetable Soup - See my soup recipe i posted previously

Match that with a healthy dinner and you are on track to eating better, feeling better and if you are trying to lose weight it will kick start your weight loss.
